StoreBridge acts as a data processor. We access specific merchant data (such as Orders and Transactions) solely to facilitate the integration between Shopify and Stripe as requested by you. We do not use this data for advertising, nor do we sell it to third parties.
We practice data minimization. Transactional data processed by our AI bridge is transient; it is encrypted in transit and is not permanently stored on our servers once the automation workflow is complete. Configuration settings are stored securely.
We are fully compliant with GDPR. Upon uninstallation of the StoreBridge app, we receive a webhook from Shopify to delete all associated shop data from our records within 48 hours.
